Competitor sabotage

It's been over 90 days since Amazon began their investigation into my competitor who instigated a brutal targeted 1 star review/ratings on all the products I carry. I've got over 20 transferred investigation cases. I'm beginning to think the investigation is just not going to go any where. I've reported everything, multiple times in every avenue available. Any suggestions or personal experience?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to see what I can find out in this investigation.

My initial search found a few case ID's that requested more information, specifically links to the reviews with no additional response from you so they have been resolved. I did however find a case that is still currently being investigated regarding review issues that was created on 3/7/24.

If you are able to provide me which case ID's you are referring to, I can review them and their status.
