Need desperate help reinstating my listing

I have been selling a branded product since August 2024 - December 2024 on my account with no issues. This is a genuine product that I purchase from an ABN registered supplier in Australia, and they provide me invoices as per Amazon requirement. Suddenly in January Amazon deactivated my listing due to supposed "product authenticity" issue. Interestingly, Amazon US started selling this product less than 24 hours prior to this happening, which is a strong reason I feel that I have been scammed so that Amazon could sell their stock instead.
I have been dealing with the account health team for the past 4 months to reinstate this listing. As per ALL of their requirements I have provided invoices for my quantities over the past 12 months. I also contacted them via phone and one of their specialists verified my supplier from their end and agreed they are genuine and that my listing should be reinstated. HOWEVER, the internal team have always rejected my appeal. I have appealed AT LEAST 15 times over these 4 months. I am extremely frustrated with Amazons response and request your help urgently to fix this issue. I'm a very small business owner with Amazon FBA being majority of my income source and this has caused significant financial stress over this period. Please help me as much as possible.
