IP Trademark on items with Supplier/Trademark LOA

I have a LOA from my supplier with an authorization to sell a licensed product. Both the Licensor and licensee have issued me a LOA that explicitly states I can sell these items. I've crafted the LOA with the 5 needed terms and followed the standard as amazon has outlined.

I continue to get these items flagged in my account health and then I go through numerous circles with Seller Support. Should be an open and shut approval but it's constant back and forth especially when I list new products from the brand.

Anyone have the same issue or is someone able to help from Support?
