Premium delivery, FBM

Royal Mail have made one of their occasional delivery blunders so I'm currently ineligible to offer premium delivery.

Usually when this happens I just have to wait for the offending delivery to work its way out of the figures for my eligibility to be automatically restored, but this time Amazon have written asking for a plan of action.

There's no point in me doing one because it's all beyond my control but they seem to imply if I don't then my premium offers will not be automatically restored. I emailed them to ask and got a reply back stating that my question was not a valid plan of action and asking me to try again.
