Claim Organic on Product page but the brand is not certified by USDA Organic
I see many product that claim as organic but their brand is not certified by USDA organic.
Amazon should ask the certification. Falsely claim and misrepresent products as organic is unacceptable.

Yes, Amazon should ask. That does not necessary mean that a non certified product is not organic or false. It just is not certified organic.
Of course non organic products will not get certified by the USDA. Some false claims are made by non honest companies that do not qualify.
However, some companies will not get certification in the beginning even if their products are 100 organic because of the high cost of certification.

Hi @Seller_LEzvNyjliWBCC,
Thanks for reaching out. I see that @Seller_8sP6ffckcRn6v (who always gives great advice) has provided you with some great information, as not all items are certified. If you feel that ASIN's are listed as certified organic and they are not and you have proof of that, you can report them through the Report a Violation tool and it will be investigated.
I hope this is helpful!
