FBA shipments: Poly bag exemption denied
We sell under apparel and the product already comes in a box. However, the packaging guideline requires poly bag for apparel category. It was a hassle to submit the exemption to get the "No prep required", but recently all the cases I opened were denied.
I don't see a point to wrap the box inside a poly bag, but I cannot get in touch and ask why it was denied. Can someone take a look at my cases?

A sealed box should qualify as appropriate packaging per the guidelines. You shouldn't be required to poly bag the sealed box.
