Amazon deactivate selling account due to inauthentic complaints
Hi everyone,
We recently received a notice from Amazon that our account was deactivated due to inauthentic complaints related to one of the product. The weird thing is that we shipped the products to Amazon FBA only and has not even started to sell it yet. NO SALES AT ALL! Amazon accused those products are inauthentic and ask us to provide invoices. We did submit all invoices and all vendors are manufacturer authorized dealers. However, Amazon denied our appeals since Nov. 2024. No matter how we explain to Amazon, Amazon just don't accept it. For being 2 months frustration, we decided to give up appeal over and over again with no result, we ask Amazon to close our account and RETURN our entire FBA inventory back to us. We opened cases, we submit appeals but still no clue at all as of today 12/24/2024. Here is our last hope to contact Amazon people for help. Please look into our case and help us to CLOSE account and RETURN our inventory. Our company is facing financial difficulty b/c no sales at all. We need to return our inventory to the vendor and ask for refund. Thank you

Unfortunately that will not go to happen because Amazon deactivated your account for selling inauthentic products. Even if you didn't sell, Amazon has a list of authorized by the brand sellers. Since you are not on that list and you don't have a "Letter of Authorization" straight away from the brand owner these products are considered counterfeit. Amazon must BY LAW confiscate and destroy these.
Also, your account can't be closed since it is deactivated.
The situation is very bad for you. We read daily such cases here. Go on top to "Discussions", type "inauthentic" and read the countless threads.
