I need help with an urgent issue. Several Chinese sellers have infiltrated my trademarked Private Label listing without my authorization. These counterfeit products imitate my trademarked brand, which has enhanced performance characteristics. I have submitted an infringement complaint to Amazon, but they require me to order the product and prove it is different from mine. Delivery from China takes a month, and during this time, my sales are stagnant. Additionally, these products risk tarnishing my brand by not meeting the specifications of my products. How can I stop this quickly? Thank you.

Thank you for the Case ID and for explaining your concerns. With assistance from an internal team we reviewed your information. Could you please provide an ASIN an also the Region you created the Case 16473617791?

I see how this can be frustrating. I am going to include the help page about: How to Report an intellectual property violation you may also find related information in: Register products to your brand
The process is the same for all Sellers and may require the purchase of the item. I would not be able to change the process. So, given the requirements, you will need to order the item.
Please follow up with the ASIN information and the Region you are creating the case in and I will look into this further.
