Is it possible to run an Inventory Report for Out of Stock listings?
Currently, Amazon Provides an Inventory Report for Inactive listings. It includes out of stock listings, but it also includes other Inactive statuses like "closed" and "removed". All of them are categorized as "inactive" so there is no way to identify or filter out of stock exclusively. I can filter "Manage All Inventory" by Out of Stock status, but I can't see a way of expoting that list. I need the spreadsheet.

Hi @Seller_0FcR1bpcH3Byk,
For FBM inventory, use the 'All Listings report' (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G561). Unlike the Active Listings report, this report includes all your products - active, inactive, and incomplete listings. After downloading, import the data into Excel or Google Sheets where you can:
- Filter the 'quantity' column for 0 to find out-of-stock items
- Filter for low quantities (e.g., < 5) to identify products that need reordering soon, helping you prevent stockouts
For FBA inventory, download the 'Amazon Fulfilled Inventory report' to track your FBA stock levels.
Best regards, Michael
