Unable to register account in USA and Australia
Hi,
I am selling on UK ,EU , Dubai and Singapore. I am unable to register account in USA and Australia.
Getting below error. I am unable to solve, I checked with customer care they suggested to register with other email ID. I tried to register and uploaded all documents but they rejected. Not providing any reason why they rejected my registration. I am providing all documents correctly as I shared in Singapore and Dubai and Saudi.
“We have detected that you have started registering in a different marketplace previously. You need to complete your registration in the first marketplace before you can expand to a new one. You can also start the registration in the current marketplace using a different email address.”
Please help to register account in Amazon.com.

Perhaps Amazon.com are not accepting new sellers from abroad at the moment. I believe there are periods where that’s the case.

Does United States (Amazon .com) appear in your drop down?
If it does Click on it and then on settings top right > account information.
