Pending card payments making orders 'late'!!!
Hello we've had a customer's payment pending for a few days now and finally when their payment method gets accepted the order is flagged as a late shipment on the same day. This affects us! Our fulfilment rating goes down even though we are not at fault!! SORT IT OUT AMAZON.
