1 Working day handling time not working for standard orders
Is anyone else finding Amazon appear to have added a cut off time to handling times?
We have standard orders set to 1 working day handling time (as most of our orders are customised), but recently anything sold before 7am requires same day dispatch, completely ignoring the handling time. Orders after 7am are fine.
Curious if its an account level issue, or more widespread.
