Can´t thank you enough for taking the time to take a quick look. I have tried to update everything to match, after reviewing more related posts, I could identify the Bank statement was showing the address on Costa Rica instead of the States. Currently working to getting it fix.
Is there anyway to refresh the system so I can resend the documents?
