How do I get past this screen when listing a product?

Hey everybody,

My brand is approved and I have the GTIN exemption, but I've been STUCK on this screen for a week!

"Brand Authorization Required" ... Has anyone had and solved this issue? I've been assured by support that my brand is authorized, but they haven't given me any help on it yet. Thanks!

Click on the top left menu button and go to

Advertising -> A+ content manager.

Does your screen look like this?

Hey @Seller_R7QnmEZupHv0i, Are you still having issues with this? If so, I'd like to look into the case ID you mentioned! From the info you provided it sounds like this may be an account roles issue, but I'd like to see more details in your case.
