How do I contact Amazon in order to explain the storage fees and extra fees that I am paying for?
I need to talk to Amazon Rep, since my card kept getting charges.
Also, I did not request a removal, but receive my products back. Several boxes. How many I do not know yet.

You can reach out to Seller Support using the "Contact Us" intake link. Additionally, you can download your Storage Fees report monthly to see a preview of the FBA storage fees you're incurring.
Same as above, if you have inquiries about specific charges you're receiving, you can reach out to Seller Support. Additionally, if you can provide further context around the charges you're seeing, we may be able to provide further insight here.
