My listing removed because of a lie from a buyer about violation. I am the owner and author of the book feeling helpless and hurt !
My listing has been removed stating that a buyer has complained about authentication. And i have to submit a list of document to prove that it is not a violation. Whereas a buyer with no proof, don t know anything about the product just lies about not being a genuine product. amazon immediately removes the listing how absurd is this! It is my own product that i made, i am the author and owner of the book. you cannot find the product anywhere that itself is a proof that it is the original product. Without any verification in the web or questions asked. they have removed it and now asking me to submit invoice. How can i give an invoice to myself???? that is the only option available . I am selling this book worldwide through Amazon KDP paperback and in India i am making the book myself and selling. I own the copyright and yet i am asked to authenticate my own product. A buyer just bullies and lies and ruins your business. The least Amazon seller support can do before removing the listing is verifying whether the buyer accusations are correct. I have a violation and i am getting mails that my account will be removed. I really don't know what to do! i am helpless. It hurts a lot because it is my own product.

After bullying me by making a false violation accusation and false claim, Amazon customer support has graciously decided to refund this fraud buyer. Only replacement was an option buy amazon team was so gracious to offer my money and i dint even get an email intimation that it was refunded. Here i have to prove this book is mine, lose my business for 2 days, to remove the violation because of his false report. After causing so much pain to me the buyer is so happy , but i had to lose my product , shipping charge, amazon fees because it has charged me another fee (cancellation fee ). It is so unjust i am scammed by both amazon and the buyer. There is nowhere to report the abuse of this buyer. It is just so unfair.
