Unable to change bank information, multiple cases, unable to get resolved

I recently closed my bank account and needed to update my new banking information. I do have a red message on my dashboard advising me to update as my payment was sent out and returned. When I try to update my banking information it says forbidden. I have chatted and called support multiple times and they tell me I need to use the main admin login - I only have one login. Then I reached a chat agent that said it is showing my primary log in is NOT the primary log in on their side and he would have to send to the development team. I have since had 2 additional cases open telling me to clear cash blah blah. Then I got a response from the development team that said I needed to try it from another login. Only the primary login can make these changes and that's the log in I am using. I have sent ss showing under user permissions i says I am the primary login , I have also sent ss of the error message to no avail. I am coming up on another payout and I can't get my bank account updated.

Well these forums are just as unhelpful as emailing and calling Amazon support. However, I have done some of my own research and will post it here in hopes this may help someone else. The forbidden message appears to be linked to any kind of lending with Amazon. I have a loan from Marcus Goldman Sachs. When I closed my bank account they were unable to take the auto payments and locked my account. I had to call Marcus Goldman Sachs who initiated an email which allowed me to update my bank account. This seems [Moderator removed inappropriate language] to lock me out of updating banking information if they want to get paid?! nonetheless I am in the process now of waiting for my new bank account to be verified and I believe this solves the problem. Thanks for no help as usual Amazon.
