Can I activate my Amazon store again?
Hello.
A long time ago, my amazon account was closed thanks to a friend I didn't work with but I used a shared computer for a short time. He actually suggested that we work together and I had no knowledge of amazon policies.
I would like to reactivate my account, but I do not have any documents related to that friend. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can offer you other than my words on this subject.
I plan to move my company to the USA. Then I will market my products online in the American continent. Can I activate my Amazon store again?

Can I activate my Amazon store again?
No, each seller gets one lifetime account.

Hello @Seller_ylD8Oqa5kHfLi,
I understand you are trying to reactivate your account. I do understand you have confusion and concern about the possible process. I would like to help.
For now, I will try and provide some general guidance.
This sounds like it may be a related account issue. If that is the case, you would need to prove you are no longer related.
Please review the following help pages: Understanding Multiple Account Policy and Addressing Multiple Account Policy Violations
Due to the information you gave: "A long time ago, my amazon account was closed thanks to a friend I didn't work with but I used a shared computer for a short time" I am able to guide you for this scenario.
First, find the original Performance Notification from the time of your Account Deactivation:
- In Seller Central - select the 3 menu lines, top left corner
- Drag down to Performance
- Slide over to Performance Notifications
Confirm you do know the correct reason for the deactivation. Since you say you did know the other Seller, these are the questions I would ask:
- Could you tell me a bit more about how you were connected to this other Seller?
- When did you stop working with this other Seller?
- What kind of information did you share?
You must prove, with valid documentation, all the connections to this other seller are no longer valid, when the connections stopped and proof of this information. If you are not able to provide this information and have it verified, there would not be a path for you to reactivate your account.
In many cases, @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7is correct.
Thank you for reaching out on the Forums. The Forums and I are here to support you.
