Seller Support Bin Check Reluctance

I requested a bin check on about 600 units of a particular ASIN that might have had mislabeled units mixed in. Seller support responds and requests an order ID with a customer complaint. I send them the order ID and they move on with the bin check.

Well, a day later they respond and say yes they found units with defects and moved them to unfulfillable.

I then respond asking how many units were unfulfillable and how many FC's responded so far.

SS responds, saying they ONLY do bin checks on the FC where the defective unit came from on the customers order, in this case GYR2 or something.

Like omg, how idiotic is this. Like okayyyy we labeled our products directly and want to figure out the extent of the possible mistake, and then we get this migraine inducing response from seller support which makes absolutely no sense at all.

Can any mods chime in please so I can actually get someone to help?

You may end up having to do a removal order and checking them yourself. Amazon is *not* going to do a bin check on each and every one of your 600 units.
