Cannot Update Title To Reinstate Listing, No One Is Helping
Our listing was falsely flagged as a restricted product and removed without an explanation. Eventually, we were asked to remove a keyword from the title despite it being prevalent on Amazon and also on one of our other listings which has not been removed. Still, we agreed to change the title to get reinstated ASAP.
Unfortunately, this is proving to be impossible despite having Brand Registry. We have tried editing through manage inventory, partial update flat files, and deleting/relisting after 24 hours via full update flat files. We have even asked Brand Registry to manually update the title which they claimed to have done. Nothing has worked, and no one is willing to take this seriously. Can any mods please help?
