My profile stopped being eligible for Buybox
I need some help here .
For the past 8 days now all of my ASINS have stopped getting the Buybox . My Seller Account is healthy 292 score all items are FBA I have no ODR or any account issues my listings as simply not visible to FBA customers and are not getting the Featured offer but everyone else on the listing is getting the Featured offer apart from me. I have even lowered the price and undercut as far as £2 and still not had any luck.
Now having said that all the stock is fully checked in into Amazon and is available for next day prime.
Can someone please help me as I am starting to seriously struggle

We have a thread specifically for Buy Box issues.
Lost Buy Box (Featured Offer) MEGATHREAD
In this thread I ask our sellers to share the ASINs where they lost the Buy Box. I then share these ASINs with the Buy Box team who check for eligibility.
Please be aware, this team does not share the outcome with me. If you want to know if you are eligible or not, you have to open a case with Seller Support.
