Brand is claiming we are selling counterfeit product but they are lying what can we do?
We purchase a brand from retailers they sell to. The brand now has opened up a case with amazon claiming they purchased 1 unit and it is counterfeit. Which we know 100% being false but it seems its a loophole they have found to get amazon to stop allowing us to sell the ASIN.
This brand is trying to illegally enforce retail price policing.
Can someone help us and give us some input on how we can battle this?
Now because of this our Account health has gone to zero and we were forced to delete the ASIN and hope that our account will not be deactivated by amazon because of their false claim.
And no we do not want to purchase stock directly from the brand because of them policing what price we can sell the products for. We usually follow pricing as we want to make money, but we don't want to be controlled and forced by brands.

Against Amazon rules and gets you a counterfeit claim. The brand does not know who you are as they have not authorized you to resell their product. You CANNOT buy retail and sell on Amazon. It will get you kicked off the platform.
Not illegal, they are entitled to protect the pricing at which their brand sells at.
The brand calls the shots, not you. They likely have a MAP on that product. Unfortunately you have a lot to learn about the retail space. Please search the boards, there are thousands of sellers banned for buying retail and reselling on Amazon.

Ditto of customdiecast_ca. You cannot complain, if YOU are the one breaking the rules. Read the terms and conditions and conform, you will have less issues. Make amazon aware and they will hold your money. Your forum entry tells them you are at fault.

I understand you are purchasing your products from retailers and the brand owner is claiming you sell counterfeit products.
As a brand owner, they need to protect their interests, including the credibility of the brand, and who sells their products. Retailers have authorization from the brand owner to sell their products. Buying from an authorized Retailer does not mean you are authorized by the brand owner.
It would be advisable to remove your products from your inventory, or get the approval from the brand owner to continue selling their items.
