Listing missing Browse Node but cannot update as not the Brand Owner
Greetings - We have 4 asins that were all part of a parent listing. We have been selling this item for 6 months, have brand approval to sell. The Parent listing has been deleted (not by us) and the browse nodes are now missing from the children. I've opened up three support cases but still not resolved. We are not the brand owner. The catalog team is telling us that only the brand owner can make any updates on the listing. The brand owner is not responding to requests to fix the listings. I've tried doing a file upload but it did not update the listing.

You should be an expert on Flat File. Otherwise you will face these kind of problems and it would ruin your business.

Michelle at Amazon here. I have read through your case and understand that you are trying to update the browse nodes. As stated in the case, the Brand Owner would need to update this or give you permissions through their Brand Registry to be an authorized seller to update their listings. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do for you to get this fixed and you will need to work with the Brand Owner.
