where is the seller identity verification banner?

I need to ask where the Amazon identity verification banner appears, and why i can't find the place to submit identity verification. My account has been suspended for a week almost. Seeking help from customer service hasn't solved my problem; they said they would forward it to the relevant team for handling, and asked me to wait for a response. But each time the response is just telling me to handle the pending documents. I need to submit the relevant documents to regain access, but I can't find the access to submit the documents. Without finding the access, I can't handle the pending documents. Ok, the problem gonna become a loop now.

I wanted to inquire if you can provide the related case ID so we can look further into your situation. As this was also posted a few days ago, have you heard anything back, or has your verification banner appeared in your account information page?

Additionally, to help rule out any technical issues related to your device or browser. Have you attempted to use a different browser, cleared cache and cookies, disabled any pop-up blockers?
