Generic Brand Listing Hijacked or Listed under another Brand

I have a new product that is not on the market or amazon catalog that I've been selling under a 'Generic' Brand- Recently I looked at the listing and it was showing the product was under a different Brand- I went to modify or edit the listing and its now Locked under that brand. Customer service has been zero help and Brand Reg. team is reached by email only- I have called many times and case number is invalid. I have gone through the brand registry through amazon today and filed with ustpo which is currrently pending. Help!

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I can certainly take a look at what is going on. I will, however need some more info. Do you have a case ID that mentions the ASIN in question along with any other pertinent information? If so, please provide that case ID here and I will review.

I would also like to note that changing the brand name of an ASIN from generic to another brand name goes against the Amazon Brand Name Policy. I mention this because, if I do discover that the ASIN was created under the generic brand name, I will submit a request to have the ASIN changed back to generic. Similar, you will also not be able to change the brand name attribute on this specific ASIN either. A new ASIN would need to be created with your brand name.

I am looking forward to assisting further.
