SAFE-T CLAIM DENIED

SAFE-T CLAIM DENIED REASON :- You have exceeded the acceptable limit of filing SAFE-T claims.

I have been denied a SAFE-T claim with the reason that "You have exceeded the acceptable limit of filing SAFE-T claims."

I had shipped 25 products in a order and 5 received back a different item in return.
