Product Policy Compliance Please Help!
Hello,
I received a Product Policy Compliance on two asins one was a cream and the other a body wash. I sourced these two products from TJ MAXX. I was able to sell these products according to Amazon. I have since disposed to the two asins and have contacted seller support several times and they have not been much help. In my emails to them I have stated that I do not have anything other than a TJ MAxx slip and have deactivated the listings. My account health is now at 160 and it says my "account is at risk of deactivation"
What can I do to make this all go away? Thank you for taking the time to read this and I look forward to replies!

" I sourced these two products from TJ MAXX."
Let me rephrase this for you --
"I tried to do retail arbitrage by purchasing from a store and Amazon caught me."
Consider yourself lucky that you still have an account -- YOU SHOULD BE SUSPENDED ALREADY!
1. Vacation Mode NOW!
2. Start studying Seller U so IF you survive this you will know how to follow Amazon policies.

3. Start reading the Forum at least an hour a day so you can see all the creative ways that rookies find to get suspended by following TikTok and YouTube.

How come you bought from a retailer, instead of a wholesale distributor?
Amazon doesn't have authorization from the brand owner to make a decision if the Brand lets you sell their items or not. Did you get the Brand Owner's permission to resell their brand and become an authorized reseller?
Disposing of ASIN's makes you look guilty. It doesn't fix violations.
You'll have to provide the authorization letter you received from the brand owner before selling their products on Amazon, otherwise wait 180 days for the violation to disappear from your account health.

Added comment since you REALLY
need a wake up call!
Since you appear to be brand new, I will expand and give you my freshman, Amazon Rookie lecture. Please read it.
You are confusing AMAZON allowing you to list (or at least "ungate") an item or category and actually being APPROVED to sell a product.
AMAZON is only interested in FEES. They will allow a chimpanzee to list if it means they collect $$$$$.
You really need to go study Seller U instead of TikTok and YouTube before your account gets kicked to the curb permanently.

Since you don't appear to have done that PLEASE pay attention to the following:
Here are the NEW rules for selling on the ‘new and improved’ Amazon.
The first question is -- Are you authorized IN WRITING by the BRAND to sell their items on Amazon? That means from the BRAND, not some random wholesale source that can NOT authorize anything – they only SELL.
More and more brands have provided a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
The second (and probably more important) question is -- Where are you sourcing your products? Are you buying direct from the brand or through an AUTHORIZED wholesale source?
Have you verified with the BRAND that your distributor IS an authorized wholesale distributor for ALL of their products. Some wholesalers are only allowed to distribute portions of a product line.
NOTE – FOR 'GATED' CATEGORIES' DOING RA IS NOT PERMITTED ON AMAZON. PERIOD. If you have to 'apply to sell' you WILL need an INVOICE from an AUTHORIZED distributor and not a receipt.

Who told them to do Retail arbitrage? They're going to get themselves suspended! RA isn't allowed on Amazon. It's not authorized distribution! The supply chain ended when the original poster bought the item at TJ MAXX! It then became a used item that they sent in as new!

Hi @Seller_6db0VtFCpLotA,
Thank you for your post. I understand you are dealing with a listing issue. Your appeal path will vary depending on the type of violation you are facing. In order to better assist, we would need to know the exact category in which these ASINs are appearing.
The product being eligible to be sold on the platform does not give you automatic authorization from the brand to sell the item. Amazon has given you the go ahead to sell the product, but you will still need to ensure you have authorization from the brand prior to selling. This proof is likely what is being requested from you. In most instances, our appeal team will require either valid invoices or a letter of authorization.
In most cases, receipt from a retail store will not contain the required information to satisfy our invoice requirements. Going forward, you will need to ensure that you have secured a valid supplier from which you have sourced your product.
Your best option would be to supply valid documentation to reinstate the listings. However, if you are unable to furnish this information, the violations will roll off the Account Health page after 180 days so long as your account remains active during that time.
For listing violations, your account health is measured by the Account Health Rating score (AHR). To keep your account active, you will need to maintain an AHR score above 100. Any score above 200 is considered "healthy". Anything between 100-200 is considered "at risk". As score in this range does not mean Amazon will deactivate the account, but rather you are in a range where additional violations could cause the score to fall below that minimum 100 threshold.
Listing violations affect AHR score differently. They fall into one of four categories in terms of how your AHR is impacted (High, Medium, Low, and No impact). In order to raise the score as quickly as possible, I would recommend addressing the high impact violations first.
Finally, when the violations first appear, any impact they have on your score is immediately deducted from the AHR. This would be the reason you are currently seeing the score at 160. Your score will be reinstated to its previous number as violations are either removed via successful appeal or roll off after the 180 day period.
Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.
Regards,
Troy
