FBA France - fulfilment fees and delivery timeframe question

Hi Everyone,

Im doing Pan Euro and recently sent to shipment to Germany where I am VAT registered. Inventory was checked in and distributed to multiple FC centres all over Europe with some to France. I noticed my ads are not converting in France and put it down to the slowest shipping timeframes across all my pan-euro listings. When entering a Paris postcode the delivery dates are the longest and not competitive with other products listed in that market (1 week with FBA).

Im struggling to understand why the delivery timeframe is so long and if this is normal. It's enrolled in pan euro FBA Small and Light and the fees are also much higher than the same listings, listed for the same price in IT, ES, DE, and NL. I have no inventory moved to a Spanish FC, yet the delivery timeframe to a Madrid postcode is faster than in France, despite having stock moved to a French FC.

Is this normal? They are the highest fees with the slowest delivery of all my pan euro listings. I cannot seem to fathom why this is. Could anyone shed some light on this or does anyone have a similar experience with their pan-euro listings?
