Account Health Urgent Help needed

I am the owner of the brand Royal Likat which is the brand of Natural and Organic Cosmetic products. One of my products which is the beard oil was marked as restricted product by mentioning that it contains Minoxidil which is not true. Amazon's system made that error because all the ingredients have been mentioned on product detail page. I made an appeal but it was rejected and I was told to upload pictures from all the sides of the product which I did, it's under review again. The problem is that it impacted my account health score and put my Canadian account at risk of deactivation. I don't understand why is my account at risk for the system's error or why is my product being marked as restricted. I have been selling these products from last year. Just within the last week, this is my second product that is being marked as restricted with Minoxidil and all my products are just regular oils, nothing restricted. Please provide some help to solve this matter. Thanks!
