Brand registry ERROR !!

Hello,

My brand registry application has rejected and I submitted to close the case (Case ID: 14622185061) as I intend on reapplying with better documentation. At the moment, under 'Brand Applications', the Status is 'Rejected' and I cannot enroll a new brand as the ""Application for [brand name] is currently under review". I was wondering how I can fully close the case so that I can reapply with the same brand name?
