I recently submitted my video but it didn't go through, even after revising it it still didn't go through the moderation process, I'm not sure what the problem is now.
And the case inquiring about it keeps asking me to send a message to: community-help<at>amazon.com but there is no response.
I don't understand which clip or which text in the video is causing it to not go through for review, is it possible to offer help in resolving this issue, just let me know which clip in the video is causing it and I will make the changes.

I'm sorry you are having issues with this video. In my experience this messaging means that some personal information could be seen in the video. For example, unboxing videos are often rejected because the address, name, or other personal information can be seen on the package. I would recommend reviewing your submission and ensuring that the video has none of this information. Thank you for your understanding.
