Hopefully a MOD will look into this. I need an explaination. Do I have a business or not? I have been selling on Amazon since 2007.During this time I can count on my fingers the days with no sales. I was selling consistently until mid Jan of this year, then everything stopped. As if someone had turned off a spigot. This is about the time AmaZon introduced the new search algorithm. I am desperate to understand whats happening and what to do. Seller central has been no help at all. My metrics are excellent. My pricing is competitive. I have created ad campaigns. My stats on detail page are also concerning: for May 30 so far it shows 30,192 page views; 22,406 sessions; unit session % 0.26; average offer count 2641. My problem is not the normal and expected sales cycle. Ive been doing this for 8 years. I know how my business works. Something systemic is wrong. Please help me understand what I need to do to address this issue. I am desperate. I usually do $4000-6000 a month this time of year. This is my sole source of income. I need someone at Amazon to help me figure this out.

Never, never, ever...lay all your eggs in one basket and this is exactly why.
Nobody at Amazon will help you or explain it. Amazon is becoming increasingly 3rd party seller hostile, unless you own brands. Yes, we are long past unfriendly, they are clearly hostile and not interested.
Time to branch out.

Apologies that your sales seem to be lower than usual. Have you reached out to Selling Partner Support about investigating this issue for you? I see that the latest case you have filed was back in April 2025.
If you have not reached out to Selling Partner Support yet, I'd recommend creating a case with them sharing as much detail about the situation as possible such as:
- Affected ASINs
- Any troubleshooting you have done to try and boost sales such as detail page or search word changes
- Any additional information that might help Seller Support during their investigation.
Feel free to post the CASE ID in this discussion once you have contacted support so we can follow the case along to the conclusion.
