Please help. Shopify on demand ship Amazon MCF

I have printify->shopify->amazon MCF all linked properly. SKU’s are mapped. Inventory is tracked, default priority #1 location origin shipper Amazon MCF. Inventory marked Stocked At set multiple locations. Amazon shows no active listings and no inventory despite all settings being correct, help.me.
