Hi, we going to do EFN, however, we don't want to sell to EU businesses B2B (apparently it triggers VAT implications) can anyone tell us how we deregister as the link "Click here to un enrol" on the Manage Your Services doesn't send us anywhere, just a blank page

Matt just take the numbers out in business - manage inventory - pick the column for business - if you can't see it look up top right on a pc for preferences and enable it

Having business buyers has nothing to do with whether or not you should be registered for VAT.
What does trigger it, is if you have stock stored in the EU.
