Not seeing Generic keyword field

Hi,

For some reason, I am not seeing “Generic keyword” field in my product details page when listing the product and even when trying to edit, I am not seeing that field. Anyone has idea on why it’s happening ??

Hi @Seller_3qE3UzIncA3VO,

Thanks for reaching out. You can add generic keywords in the category specific file for your product under column AS. If you have any issues with the feed, please create a case with Seller Support and provide them with the batch ID so they can take a look. If you still need help after they complete their investigation, please provide me with the case ID and I will be happy to take a look further for you.

Wishing you the best!

Michelle

Hello

I hope I can also write about my same issue here. I am having the same problem no generic keywords option. I opened a case over two months ago. On April 12 they said your keywords have been added but I couldn’t search any of my products. I tried support on April 14 I got an email stating Amazon cannot provide accurate searches and I have to describe my item in manner close to generic keywords, well I did but none of my products are searchable. I tried adding generic keyword through the Template but I couldn't. My CASE # 17122004761. God help me on Amazon

Hi @Seller_ATaPnv41Uezia,

Thanks for reaching out. I am not seeing that you have uploaded any keywords. Please follow my instructions provided below. In order to get the column AS to appear, you will need to expand the + signs at the top of the file above the first row, which will expand the hidden cells in the file.

Once you have taken these steps, you will need to create a case with Seller Support along with the batch ID so they can investigate to see why your information is not being submitted.

Please provide me with your new case once Seller Support has fully investigated the case.

Regards,

Michelle
