Hijacker completely stole my listing, and amazon seller support literally told me to give up as there is nothing I can do about it
My listing was severely hijacked and per seller support, I should just give up since there is nothing that can be done since the hijackers have brand registry and I don't, even though I am currently in the process of obtaining brand registry.
My listing was hijacked about a week ago and so far, the hijackers have changed the brand name, title, description, and category. They've changed all of these details to irrelevant attributes with the goal to confuse and mislead potential customers. This is completely against Amazon's policies, and should be taken seriously.
They've also became the brand owners of the listing, which means that I cannot even edit the listing to what it originally was.
Keeping these hijackers as the brand owners is abusive and violates the positive shopping experience that Amazon is all about.
Please help me regain control over my listing and product.

Yep, that's Amazon today. Chinese hijackers are allowed to hijack your listings and there is nothing you can do about it. It's happened to me as well, I just had to stop selling a good selling product on Amazon because of it.

Same situation here with 2 ASINs. I reported it dozens of times to both Seller Support and Brand Registry team, escalated the cases, etc...and nobody helps.

Welcome to the club. :-( 5 of my listings are taken right now, waiting for a fix. But it's waiting for like 3 months now. Amazon told me to wait, but here I'm waiting for quarter of a year. Nothing has changed, nothing got fixed.
I have MANY listings with changed brand. I don't even which ones, as I get no email/notification when someone hijacking a product and/or changes things on my listings. Amazon is making pointless changes on the site, but ignoring all the security problems, hijacking problems, scammer problems. :-(
I love Amazon but the daily anxiety and stress it gives me is absolutely horrible.

All these things that are happening to sellers need to be reported o the federal trade commission in real time, perhaps the FBI also since crimes are being overlooked

It's in times like these to always remember that Amazon doesn't care about you. Once you understand that it makes selling on Amazon more understandable

took me 2 months to finally recover my Hijacked listing.
