Customer concerns such as used, or inauthentic products are handled separately. This specific situation will typically associate to the authenticity of products and their supply chain. We will also have potential concerns associated with the intellectual properties associated with the product and brand.

Surrounding the concern of authenticity and your mention of being able to provide these document. So I am offering support in addressing this situation. I want to ensure you have the proper documents or that they meet our requirements. Have you reviewed our invoice requirements help page to ensure your sourcing information meets our expectation? Does your invoices show you're sourcing from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor who has approval from the brand? If your sourcing documents do not verify a full supply chain to the distributor or manufacturer, we will need additional supporting evidence to validate your supplier is authorized such as a valid letter of authorization they have with the brand.
If we have concerns related to the intellectual properties of the product, it can still be related to sourcing. Brands go through a lot of work to ensure their quality and reputation are maintained. They work with select manufacturers and distributors that meet their requirements and ensure their brands reputation is maintained and grows. If products are sourced to be sold outside the authorized channels, the brand may not have visibility into the quality control methods and could result in damages to the brand, or be seen as infringement due to lack of proper authorization. An example of this would be retailers and other unauthorized suppliers that may have approval to sell to end consumers, but in most situations they are not authorized sell their products for resale. Sourcing from them could be considered an invalid supply chain. Please keep in mind that this will vary on brands.
As I understand you've put a lot of work into putting this together, I wanted to make sure you have all the information related to these situations. I would at this point like to inquire if you have invoices or a letter of authorization mentioned above? If you can validate your sourcing or authorization, the situation can be easily addressed through the email you should have received in your notification. If there is no email in your performance notification you will need to use the account health page. Here you should find an appeal button in the top right of your screen.
