Order return as faulty pre approved what do i have to do

Hi all, I have a parcel coming back to me as an Amazon approved return it was faulty… I have been charged with a prepaid return label. As it seems the item was refunded and I have been charged with the label is that all I have to do ? I don’t have to refund anything else it is all ready done for me ?

Not sure as this is my first return that was Amazon approved and don’t want to click on anything and refund again

No, you don’t need to issue a refund anymore, just wait till it arrives and hopefully it’s in good condition and it hasn’t been damaged by the buyer, if not then you can file a Safe-T claim with Amazon.
