'May' infringe on the copyright of Disney
So we received a violation as our listing may infringe on the copyright of Disney
The top image is a balloon manufactured by Flexmetal, the bottom is Disney Lightening Mcqueen.
Amazon reinstated the listing and then a day later, gave us another violation and keep getting the same cut and paste reply...
"We removed your listings because you may have improperly used copyrights of "[Disney]" without clear authorisation from the intellectual property owner for this use.
If you believe that you are authorised to use these copyrights and the removed listing doesn't infringe the "[Disney]" copyrights, please provide supporting documentation such as a letter of authorisation or licensing agreement.

Can anyone else see that the top balloon infringes on the copyright of Disney???
This balloon started to be sold by Flexmetal in 2010 and I'm sure Disney would have taken legal action against all the sellers and wholesalers of this product if they believed it infringed their copyright???

I can't say if this is the cause for the red version, but you are currently selling the blue version of that balloon and you have "This great Lightening McQueen balloon is perfect for any fan of Cars in Blue" in your description.
