Cant submit new application - Appealed but still says Rejected - Case ID: 15487770891

Hello,

I have an application that isn't closing.

I appealed the rejection, they rejected the appeal but its still giving me the option to appeal the application.

Can someone from Amazon, force the rejection so i can reapply.

its been like this for 3 weeks and i been waiting for a reply from @Dougal_Amazon but havent heard anything for almost a month.

My name is Sandy from the Amazon Community manager team here on forums.

I looked into your case and noticed that your application was declined due one or more of the reasons below.

a) your account was engaging in conduct that violates Brand Registry’s policies, such as, but not limited to, invalid notice submissions through our notice submission channels or tampering with the catalog;

b) your application or account is related to other Amazon accounts or brands that have violated Amazon or Brand Registry’s policies,

c) you are associated with one or more selling accounts as a primary owner and all of them have failed seller verification,

d) inability to provide sufficient evidence of branding on products/packaging;

e) you have a selling account that is de-activated, or f) your trademark application appears to be filed by a filing firm that may be violating US federal regulations and USPTO rules (explained below).

As @Dougal_Amazon has also mentioned and recommended in your other post, when looking into your trademark details, I noticed that you had a mark type of 0.

Please look at this post I posted today for FAQ #3.

Your trademark Mark Drawing Type is currently a "0" which is not accepted and will need to be updated to be compliant. Please work with your attorney or the USPTO to update this section.

Once it is updated, please submit your application again.

Please let me know if you have questions.
