Your account has been deactivated - Stuck for over 6 months

Hi everyone,

I’ve been trying to reactivate my Amazon account for over 6 months now, and I’m honestly at my breaking point. I’ve uploaded original, authentic invoices directly from the brand, proof of payment via PayPal, and even screenshots from my order history on the brand’s official website.

Still, every time I submit everything, I get the same generic response from Amazon: “You have not sent us sufficient information.”

I don’t know what more I can provide. I’ve done everything by the book, nothing is fake or altered, and I’m even open to doing a video call verification if that helps.

If anyone has been through something similar or has any tips, please let me know. I’m beyond frustrated and just want to move forward.

You made a retail purchase on the brand's website? Or a wholesale order?

Do you have an letter of authorization from the brand? If so, did you submit that to Amazon as well?

the same happened to me over a year ago and I finally gave up after at least 30 tries. I now sell mostly on eBay and a few other venues

You want to say "authentic receipts," not invoices.

Payment with PayPal is usually used for retail.

The brand's official website is retail.

They will not activate your account with retail receipts.

I have found that it is vitally important that you provide Amazon with enough receipts/tax invoices that shows enough units purchased for the previous 365 days or from the date of the Amazon enquiry. Go to sellercentral and reports to see exactly how many units you sold .

my account deactivated almost a year now,

amazon took away my remaining fee, got charged for another month of storage fee. inventory appeal replied on 5/8 that they released hold on stranded inventory. today 5/13 Still no sign of removal. Seller support told me to contact account health to reactivate account, account health won't reactivate.

Please assist on removing stranded inventory so that I won't get charged storage fee nonstop.
