Urgent: Delay in Pre-paid Payment Disbursement.
Dear Amazon Team,
I am writing to report a delay in my weekly bank settlements, which have been pending for the past three weeks. Despite multiple contacts with the Seller Support team, I have not received a clear answer on when I can expect the settlements to be processed.
Notably, for the past three settlement periods, we have not received any pre-paid payments. Although we have been receiving COD payments during this time, the pre-paid payments have been repeatedly rolled over to the next settlement period without resolution.
I have found it frustrating that each time I contact Seller Support, I am connected with a new executive who does not provide a solution. I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this issue. Could you please advise on the next steps I should take?
