Delivery boy order cancel itself

we getting most RTO these days some customers contact and tell us. Delivery don't call to customers cancel orders itself. Who is responsible for these type losses. Amazon takes his commision and shipping charges. Totally loss for seller.

Also customers experience bad in this scenario.

Amazon have to create a policy of one time password on order cancellation. If any customer want to cancel order they to give OTP to delivery boy.
