Can I ask why a shipping delivery fee is being charged on my orders? I have noticed that on some of the FBA orders, Amazon is charging shipping delivery fees.
Who is receiving this shipping delivery fee? Amazon or the seller?

none prime customers are charged an additional shipping fee (on account of they don’t pay the annual or monthly prime subscription)
Amazon receive the money.
