Listing does not appear in search even when customers search for the specific brand and product

Hi

I recently launched a new product, I own the brand, I registered it with USPTO, I submitted to Brand Registry and was approved, and I sent the inventory to FBA where it is currently in their possession. Everything is set up correctly as per amazon instructions for launching a brand and doing FBA/Prime.

The problem is my listing doesn't show up in searches EVEN IF people search for the exact brand name and product, but it shows up with other variations of product names. For reference, the brand name is "FULL GUARD" and the product are Full Guard Wipes. The listing now appears when "Full Guard Body Wipes" are searched, but not the term "Full Guard Wipes." Where on the listing can I help to modify it to so that if people search for "Full Guard Wipes" (which is my exact brand and product) then it goes to my listing?

I am simply trying to make it so that if customers type in the exact brand and product, that it appears. That's it.

I tried modifying the "generic keywords" on the listing page but it seems to not accept any new keywords. My questions is, are there any other keyword or search listing options that I could modify to help? Or what else could I modify in listing to help it so that if customers search for "(The Brand) Product Name" then it goes to the listing for (The Brand) Product Name?

Thanks for your help.

Hi there @Seller_e5nxl9bjkeyiI,

I'm sorry you are having issues with your product in search. In general if the product can be searched at all, the product is not being suppressed from search, however if you provide your most recent Seller Support Case I can review to see what options I can provide. Thank you for your understanding.
