Canceled S&S orders
Has anyone experienced issues with S&S orders for an ASIN that doesn't have the buy box and isn't winning the pricing competition?
We've noticed that for one ASIN, all S&S orders have been either pending or canceled since the beginning of August 2024, with no approved orders, which is not typical behavior. To compare, I checked the S&S orders for another ASIN, and those were confirmed as expected. This suggests there may be an error or malfunction affecting the S&S orders for the problematic ASIN.
Could this be related to the ASIN not having the buy box and its price being higher than the external competitive price? Has anyone else seen something similar? Any insights would be appreciated!
