Selling stickers for under $10 do i need tracking ? Will it affect VTR
If I am selling stickers for $6.99 I cant Have tracking number because it cost $4.50 for tracking so I ship Via USPS envolope with a $0.69 cent Stamp that has no tracking number. Does this affect my VTR ? I also see Amazon Policy

The following items will be exempt from the VTR calculation:
Digital products such as audiobooks.
Less than $10 domestic packages (excluding taxes, including shipping charges) shipped by USPS, using "USPS Standard Mail envelopes" or "USPS First Class Mail envelopes" shipping service.
Heavy/Bulky Shipments: Domestic packages shipped through the following heavy or bulky freight carriers:\

In theory if the value, including shipping, is under ten dollars you do not need tracking. From Help:

When you confirm make sure you select one of those shown above.
