Low Inventory Fees Charged When Shipment Lost RYY2 Atlanta
I sent a shipment to RYY2 Atlanta in August with confirmed tracking using Amazon partnered carrier UPS. The shipment has not been checked in and is still under investigation. Case 16622176541
My issue is that I was charged low inventory fees in September/October due to the Parent ASIN falling below the minimum threshold, however that would not have happened if this shipment had been checked in. I submitted a case for the low inventory fees Case 16622358381, but Seller Central keeps merging it with the lost inventory investigation case listed above.
Even if this inventory is found, I should be reimbursed for these low inventory fees due to the ""Excessive inbound delay". According to Amazon's policy the fees should have been reimbursed automatically the 15th of the following month the fees were charged.
