Hi if anyone could assist I am trying to operate within the UK market:
I have received the below email with no reasons to explain as to why this has happened.
We were unable to verify the information you provided when registering for a Selling on Amazon payment account and, as a result, your Selling on Amazon payment account could not be opened. Unfortunately, this means that you will not be able to continue to sell on Amazon.
We leveraged a combination of automated means and expert human review to identify this issue and make this decision.
Please take appropriate steps to resolve any open orders. Note that any amounts paid as a result of A-to-z Guarantee claims and chargebacks may be deducted from the balance in your existing Seller Account.

I believe I have met all KYC requirements and don't have any duplicate accounts. Documents I have provided are as follows:
- UK Passport - UK bank statement (Home address) - UK Bank Statement (Business Address in Company Name) - Debit card details matching UK Business Account All statements dated within last 30 days
- UK Certificate of incorporation and models or articles
I also received the below error message on account information
Verification Failed
We have failed to verify the information that you have provided. If you have further questions, please contact Seller Support/Selling Partner Support.
If anyone could kindly advise how i should address this situation so i can get my account opened?
