KYC rejecting correct documents from correct email

Disbursements withhled and KYC team rejecting email from correct email address. Seller support have acknowleged an issue with the system rejecting email but continues to suggest to follow the process again. I have opened a case and uploaded docs to a case. I have reached out to managingdirector at amazon co uk and received a reply saying issue will be resolved in 48 hours. It has not been.............Where do I go next Amazon? A class action lawsuit poll to get you to treat sellers fairly? Your customer service for sellers is the worse customer service I have experienced from any organisation ever.

Can any mods help please?

Have you contacted your MP? The government and MPs are aware of this situation so the more of us who write to them the stronger our case. Furthermore, it looks like some sellers have managed to disburse after their MP intervened.

You are right, this is the worst CS ever.

Hi, I had the same issue for ages. My seller account is linked to my business email (which I used to send documents). But I also have a personal Amazon account (to purchase stuff).

Eventually, I sent the document from my personal email, and Amazon sent a confirmation email saying they were reviewing the documents. So, if you have an Amazon account with a different email, try that.
